We cannot however guarantee the fitness of our products once they leave our warehouse.
If you believe that products you have received from us are in anyway defective, please contact a customer service representative by clicking here.
In the case you believe you have received a defective product, you must return the product to us. If upon inspection, we find that the wine is indeed faulty, we will replace it with the same wine or a wine of equal value.
The Duchman Family Winery is not responsible for shipping costs for the return of products believed to be defective.
